This insurance option is offered to our members with loans in excess of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00). 

Benefits and Features 

  • If the Borrower dies before the loan is repaid, the proceeds from this insurance is paid to the Creditor to offset the outstanding loan amount.
  • No Evidence limit-$18Million 
  • Maximum enrolment age for new loans 69 years 
  • For borrowers up to age 80 years
  • Flat rate for any age–NO penalty for older borrowers
  • Very low rate
  • Secured and unsecured loans covered for the same low rate
  • No waiting period
